Q: HOW DO I MODEL OR PROMOTE?

A: To either model or promote our brand, you need to load up a cart of what you are interested in buying, message us on the website or on our Instagram account @royalerose.ca and tell us you're interested and we decide if we will give you a special code to use to in your cart and to be given to friends for them to use aswell, then send us pictures when you get the clothes of you wearing it, then if we approve you can earn free or discounted clothing or get paid to promote or model.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment team will pack your goods and have it shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive any updates by email after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate and correct our mistake.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Our warehouse is located in Toronto, Ontario CA. For domestic orders in Canada, it will normally take 10 to 26 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide and ensure we make every customer's shopping experience with us an enjoyable one.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Also, you do have the option to pay with PayPal. 

Q: HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Q: DOES ROYALE ROSE PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD?

A: Absolutely! If the product is damaged, contact us immediately, and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. We do all we can to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
